Conca d’Oro Vineyards in Vista, San Diego County, is blessed with a Mediterranean-like microclimate ideally suited to winegrowing. Our abundant sunshine and warm daytime temperatures are essential for tannin and pigment development, while cool nights preserve aromas and natural acidity, lending freshness and balance to every bottle.

Located in rural Vista, just 10 miles inland from the Carlsbad coastline and nearly 900 feet above sea level, Conca d’Oro Vineyards is ideally situated to receive direct ocean breezes that temper warm days and support balanced fruit development. Beyond the vines, the landscape unfolds in sweeping views, glowing sunsets, and, on clear days, the distant silhouettes of Catalina and San Clemente Islands.

About Us
Inspired by generations of family winemakers, Italian heritage, and the enduring magic of wine, this husband-and-wife team embarked on their journey by lovingly planting their first vineyard on California soil in 2019. Bathed in warm sunshine and cooled by rolling morning fog and coastal sea breezes, the vineyard gives rise to limited-release wines from our Tuscan-inspired villa estate. Handcrafted in small batches, each bottle reflects both roots in the soil and roots in our heritage. Salute!
Inspired by generations of Italian winemaking heritage, this husband and wife team embarked on their California journey in 2019. Their first vineyard, planted on California soil, is bathed in warm sunshine and kissed by rolling morning fog and cool sea breezes throughout the day. From their Tuscan-inspired villa estate, they hand craft limited-release, small-batch premium wines that honor where they came from and celebrate where they are. With each vintage, their wines have earned recognition both locally and internationally — and will only continue to grow with time. The vines, the wine, and the label are a reflection of their roots, and ours.

While the vines grow and mature, our property is doing the same. Plans are underway for a modest tasting room on the ground floor of a 35ft tower with westerly ocean views. Along with expansion of our winemaking facility—which currently is literally garagiste (made in our garage)—to an actual underground cellar.
